By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information in your submissions and requests, and to only submit payment details for payments you have actually made.

All submissions and requests are manually reviewed by our team. Statuses (Pending, Approved, Rejected, Completed) and any admin response are provided in good faith based on the information available to us at review time.

We reserve the right to disable accounts that submit false or fraudulent information.
